Annotation

A film about everyday cruelty and absurdity, about salsa which is said to be better than sex, about tenderness, love and hope in life of 14-years old Agata shortly after her mother's life has collapsed.

The teenager Agatha lives with her mother Magda, who has been made redundant at work. Magda decides to start a business; she opens a hair-dressing salon. Thanks to a trickster and the play of faith, she loses all the assets invested as well as the roof above her head. They move into social housing, where the 14-year old Agatha is discovering the forbidden world.

Agatha is growing apart from her mother and gets involved with the underworld. She goes into hiding, because she cannot process the thought that she caused a person to die. She has nowhere to hide before those she used to love and mostly, herself. It happens sometimes, that people feel lost, but Agatha manages to find her way…
