A road movie about how men wanted to live if they weren’t afraid and if they didn’t long for something else, but mostly about how to live one’s life in a free world without getting lost.
He travels through countries, cities, continents on foot, by cars, by airplanes. He lives what other men dream about. Paris, Ortaffe, New York, Prague, Madrid, Havana, Bratislava, Bologna, Madagascar – just to name a few places. He is not a tourist, nor is he a pilgrim. Vladimír Ossif is a subtle, slim, lively man born in Prešov who already for some time belongs to the most successful and recognized artists abroad. His work and his life style both stand out. He does not conform to the world; he tries to mould the world to fit his ideas. He is searching, discovering, finding and losing. His obsession with his visions and dreams is manifested in his paintings, it changes his personal life and people with whom he meets and lives. His paintings were bought by the most renowned European art galleries in Paris, Madrid, Geneva or Bonn. Others are in various private collections in Europe and America. Nowadays, the artist has all possibilities to settle down, but comfort in which many would remain for the rest of their lives makes him nervous. So he hits the road again attempting to discover new territories and fulfill yet some more of his dreams.
